How do you report hackers?

;oD Winning a class action lawsuit would be a refund of the price of every game and DLC purchased by all disgruntled customers, with the lawyer getting 1/3 of the award. That means we each get 2/3 of the money we spent individually as a refund for poor
service ($40.00?). The lawyers get 1/3 of the total amount of money spent by all of us, which would be in the millions. I think it might be worth it to the lawyers. It wouldn't cost us a cent.

Why should modders and hackers spoil it for the rest of us, obviously they are losers in life and need to cheat and probably lie to get anywhere, just as they need to cheat in games to show us their high score. They are really a sad, pathetic bunch of losers.

You would file a complaint on them via the console. There is no way to upload a pic or video to the enforcement team. Once you file a complaint they will investigate the issue.

It makes no difference what evidence there is,unless xblpet catch them red handed they don`t get banned.

you can private message the xblpet team or go onto twitter and message support or "higher ups" on there.

unfortunately the only response you will get is report them on your console.

trust me i have been where you are.

I used to go out of my way trying to get the higher ups to listen and act, 2 years down the line you realise it gets you no where.

at some point you have to make the decision on whether its worth even trying to play games that you know are modded as you are just going to annoy yourself more than enjoying yourself.

I don`t even buy gold any more, due to the games i enjoy playing online being destroyed by cheats.

But we couldn't have that now could we?

Oh no not a real permaban, we can't actually ban someone from the xbox live community.

MS would lose all that valuable feedback they aparently get about the cheaters,

that make their legitimate players enjoy the xbox live experience so much.
