How do you report DDOS attacker?

This guy asked me to join his party through FIFA pro clubs and then he threatened me and told me my internet was gone, immediately lost xbox and computer internet connection for a long time.. still can't connect to EA servers.

Hi there you should reset your router. That will give you a new IP address. You should report it to your internet company to .

Once back up block him from your console and report him to Microsoft .

I would report the banning stuff to xbox abd explain what happened. But the booting offline thing is a crime. You can see how to report it here at

Reporting them the way you said is the only way. The report does go to the enforcement team, and they will investigate, and if they find that is what happens, they then proceed with the necessary actions to the account. You stated that you had a ddos attack.
The thing with that is that ddos attacks attack your isp, not Xbox Live, so their is nothing that Xbox enforcement can do, as it does not affect Xbox. Your ISP is the only ones that can help you with a ddos attack. For more info ddos attacks have a look here
