How do you remove Xbox One scratches

There is some few reasons why this is happening, 1) Your Xbox Drive is Broken OR 2) You need to replace or some how fix the scratches.

There are some products out there what can help remove scratches from discs.

If you live in the U.K I only know one place which can fix scratched discs which is Game.

First...secure that Xbox! You're going to be fixing a lot of discs if you don't.

Disc buffers often work, but it does depend on how deep the scratch is and due to the fact that they do remove a few microns from the surface, that disc will be easier to scratch afterwards, so will need extra care.

That does happen sometimes. Your best bet is to take it to a game store to see if they can remove the scratch for you. Several stores do this at no charge, I believe Gamestop is one of them. It will depend on how badly it is scratched as to if it can be
restored or not. If it is fixable, I would download this game to your hard drive so the disc no longer spins when the game is in the console.

I went through 4 XBOX ONE consoles and they all had scratches on them. The one I have now currently has a few light scratches across the front near the power button and a small V colored discoloration on the plate around the disc slot. TBH, the glossy
parts are going to get scratched up. If you remember the PS3 when it first hit, it scratched really easily. There are a bunch of plastic polishes on the market that will remove light scratches. You should look into those. Or just Google PS3 Scratch Removal.
You should find a ton of info that way.

I personally wouldn't worry about it. If the console works and the scratches arent deep ones, it is normal. Like I said, the plastic glossy parts scratch really easily. You are sure to get a lot more over time. Hope this info helps

As far as the Xbox goes, don't place it on end. Lay it flat so the disc will sit securely in the tray.

Disc's can be unbalanced from manufacture. My Skyrim disc is like this, it isn't scratched but it hum's loudly when playing.

Just take extra care when handling the disc. It's all you can do.

I've also had four Xbox 360 consoles, and my second one did some minor disc scratching. Just because something hasn't happened to you doesn't mean it can't happen.
