How do you remove the triggers?

I've recently just upgraded my xbox one controller and put a new shell on, but I had no idea of how to take the triggers off? I can not seem to get the spring out to change to my new one :/ anybody know how? I've searched online and can't find anything!

You can`t,the only thing you can do is private message a moderate and ask them to remove it.

I just got an Elite console a couple weeks ago and have the EXACT same issue with my controller. When the left hair trigger is engaged, it feels like the trigger stop is covered in adhesive when pushing down the trigger. Maddening. I'm hoping that after
many hours of use the trigger frees up. I did see a couple Youtube videos showing how to free up the trigger by removing the back cover on the afflicted side and using a Q-tip and rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover to clean away the sticky stuff. I don't
really want to do this as I'm scared of scratching the trigger or breaking the plastic cover when taking it apart. Not cool for a $150 controller.

Are you really an adult or have you changed your Microsoft account birthdate to be an adult? I ask because changing the Microsoft account birthdate does not carry over to the Xbox profile birthdate. So if you changed your Microsoft account birthdate to be an adult, this will not work.

If you are saying that your account is still under a parent account, you will need to get the owner of the parent account to remove your account from the "family".
