How do you remove followers on xbox live

Ive tried the block method, and the block then unblock method but it doesnt work. Ive cleared my cache, mac address, removed profile from xbox, followed all suggested steps and nothing works. Is this a bug or a feature?

While you can't remove followers, you can just keep them blocked and they won't be able to message you or see your content.

Try for software re update.

Thanks for posting here on the Xbox forums. Unfortunately, there is no set way to remove followers from your list. The "Block unblock" method has been reported to work, but its nothing official.

There is no mention of removing followers. If you haven't already, you should post that this feature be added in a future update. You can do that on our Xbox ideas page :

You can block and remove followers from your list by doing the 'Block-unblock' method 2 or 3 times in a row. Usually works for me. Hope this helps.

Followers can see your posted content but because they aren't friended with you they can't really do anything to harm you...so I wouldn't personally worry about "trying to remove" followers off of your friends and followers list. Unless there is a specific
person causing you some trouble you shouldn't be worried...If there is something you don't want some one to see, reconsider what you may be posting and whether or not the content is appropriate for your profile.
