Personally I very much doubt this will happen as it is open to all sorts of abuse.

Even if it was a part of Enforcement United any pictures that were flagged would still need to go to the enforcement team for them to do something which would be a lot more work for them to do.

Xbox is aware of the fan art and actually posted this through their Twitter yesterday.

As an Ambassador so that you'll know from now on to help customers, requests like this are best put on the Feedback Site so it can get better exposure rather than the help forums.
