How do you manage passwords for apps?

The password for my discovery + app was changed on another device. Now my Xbox one just locks up on the discovery logo screen. How do I access the stored password to correct it? Have tried uninstall/reinstall, but to no avail.

Well I could but it is literally just the Discovery logo screen that initially pops up when it's loading. Since the Xbox auto logs me into it, I assume it's just stuck in a loop trying to submit the old password. I just can't find a darn thing that lets me update the password for the app in the xbox

account.live.com/.../Manage

Click on Security info, do you have two step verification enabled ? if so you would need to either generate an app password to use in place of your regular password or turn two step off.

Is it possible that you are using a very long password and/or you have Two Step Verification enabled?

If so, you will have to create a so called App Password on
https://account.live.com/Proofs/Manage and use that app password instead of your regular password.
