    How do you make a formal complaint


    Can someone tell me how to make a formal complaint? I want to complain about the answers on the Banned forum. Can anyone help? I have looked all over the website and cannot find any info at all!

    Not just off and on but hold the power button down on the console.

    And what is your NAT result when you test your network?

    Also, I see you were online 13 hours ago as I write this post. Did you get it all figured out?

    Just post a new thread in the same location explaining you are unhappy with the decision and you want to know how you can take it further.

    You'll either be told on the forum or by PM.

    If they don't get back to you then you can contact Microsoft directly. They're a public company and you'll find their details on the internet.

    If you were cheating and got caught then they probably won't have the time of day for you though.
