How do you know if you won any rewards through microsoft points

For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page.

If you were to win anything from there, you would be sent an email.

Lifetime points are just a total number of points you'v earned since joining the program.

Microsoft Rewards points needed for Sweepstakes Entry:

200 Microsoft Rewards points = 1 Sweepstakes entry. 500 Microsoft Rewards points = 5 Sweepstakes entries. 1000 Microsoft Rewards points = 25 Sweepstakes entries.

How do you know if you won a Microsoft sweepstake?

When does Microsoft usually notify the winners directly? You'll be notified before Winners are Posted on the Recent Sweepstakes Winner's page. On each sweepstakes entry page, there's a link to the terms and conditions for the sweepstakes, including how and when winners will be notified.

All points from Xbox Rewards do have an expiration. They have to be used within one year of deposit since they are considered promotional points.

Points from the Rewards program come in different increments, not just 80. If you won any points through various Microsoft/Xbox contests, those may also have a 1-year expiration.

Do note you have to get 100 Microsoft Points pending when you first sign up in order to have Xbox LIVE Rewards activated. How many do you have pending at the moment? You should read the
Halo 4 Reward scheme through again in case you misread what you needed to do, also the promotion has ended now.

If you have completed any or all of those feats, the Microsoft Reward Points will only be added the following month into your balance. Providing you have already gone past the "100 Points Pending" since joining up to make you eligible for Reward Points.

Thank you for reaching out to us on the forums. What exactly is the question, are you asking how do you know if you were awarded the reward points or if you were able to win any prizes because of the rewards points?

If you go over to the
Rewards Dashboard you should see all available rewards points and you should be able to redeem those points for rewards.
