How do you get small gamerpics?

I see people with their xbox 360 gamerpics, ive all ways wanted to do it but never knew. Can anyone tell me how?

As far as the smaller game of picture I know you can edit it to make it a smaller size and then put it as your display picture

As long as you don't change your Xbox profile it will stay the same. As soon as you change it you can't get it back on your Xbox One.

if you have an xbox 360 just set it as your image and send it to the cloud so that in one you can download it or download the small image that you like and configure it in one profile photo

One of the best ways I could think to do it on the Xbox One would be to use the picture of the Xbox 360 avatar as your profile picture in the Xbox Original Avatars editor. Other than that, if you go to Xbox.com you may be able to put it to one of the classic
gamerpics there.
