How do you get out of the endless customer support loop for a warranty repair?

I am trying to book a repair request for a faulty wifi issue on an x1x but the online system keeps going round in a loop how do you get to talk to a human to sort this

Bad Power Supply

I am pretty certain my power supply is smoked. It is still under warranty - but I get stuck in an endless loop on the support website trying open a ticket/send it in. I get to a screen where I select my problem - it says to contact support. The chat won't
work - so here I am. How do I send in for a replacement power supply?

you see, this is how The Matrix gets us...we're in an endless loop of irreality already, we're just approaching the end of this particular loop.

 

Try calling them or setup a call back request.

 

you can try customer support directly and tell them about the loop. When calling the support line be sure to ask for an operator.

On that page, find the appropriate category, and if a Virtual Agent shows up, click on "No Thanks".

Then find the most fitting topic, and several tiles should appear at the bottom, depending on the time of day and operating hours of the official support, you should get options to chat with the official support, or to request a callback, where they then
call you, so you don't have to wait in a phone waiting loop.
