how do you get a account back from someone that changed the email of it to something deferent

How do I get in touch with someone. The problem is persisting and you should be able to go back to history and see this this fraud. It seems like the hackers have figured out your system and we're all paying for it. There has to be something you can do to help. We never received one email stating that someone requested to change his email. How can this happen? we only received it once the person had access to his account. How do I escalate this? I feel that someone should be able to verify that this is not my son on his account. Please help me please with getting in touch with someone. Thanks

Best thing for you to do IMO, is to change the WLID on your zune to something random, maybe a spam catcher email. Then sign up your xbox live account with that email. Once that is done, then go back to your Zune and see if it will let you change the WLID
back to the other email, thus having both on the one email?

I would get confirmation from someone else before trying that, because I have 0 experience with zune.

Change your password for the email address that is associated with yoru gamertag.

someone can't at will hack you. they have to know something about the account itself, which I guarantee you they didn't get from an MS server. the biggest likelihood is that you opened a random email containing a keylogger and that's how they are accessing
your account (keylogger captures both the email address for the account and the associated password and sends it to whomever "owns" the keylogger. changing your pw/email doesn't help as the keylogger captures the new info as well and sends it back).

either that or you have a very easy to guess password.

also I could see your gamertag being a reason for the banning as someone could easily just report you for that and get you banned.
