How do you fix the error code 0x800401fb

please try the manual power cycle steps like mentioned on the following link, be sure to wait at least 60 seconds before powering on again:

if that does not help you might want to try a factory reset (with keeping games and apps installed) see this link for the steps: https://support.xbox.com/en-us/xbox-one/console/reset-console-to-factory-defaults

Keep in mind that you will need the account credentials after a reset in order to download your profile(s) again.

Same thing happening with me but different error code 0x800401fb

same here can't find anything about this error. I was playing some halo mc and then this code came up 0x800401fb and now I can't play anything or do anything

I get the same message ' something went wrong use code 0x800401fb at xbox.com\errorhelp', and
when I type it into the error search it says it doesn't exist. Could really do with some help here please.

mine started with error code 0x80010108 while trying to start any game, suggested resart, to no avail. now in settings im getting error code 0x800401fb. seems to be a current topic given the forum posts. still looking for a solution.
