How do you fix server connectivity on Windows 10 is blocked? (CODE: 10)

I recently recovered my Xbox account with my Microsoft information and got it running on my PC with Windows 10 so that I could finally play Xbox games on my PC. That being said, I ran into this problem. A problem that's frustrating me greatly.

Everyone is saying to fix the Teredo Tunneling Adapter because that's the issue. I get a notification under the Settings>Network tab in the Xbox app that says Server Connectivity: Blocked (This may impact your ability to play multiplayer games).

Everywhere I've looked I've been told to install the Teredo Tunneling Adapter. When I try to install the adapter I get the error: Code 10. Which I cannot figure out how to fix. From there I can't even locate the DisabledComponents tab (it simply doesn't exist
for some reason...) and that's what just about every video is telling me to do.

I'm empty handed and need some help. If you've got any advice, please share it.
