How do you fix a dead/broken Xbox app and semi dead Game bar app?

Last night I opened my Xbox app and started a game and then Game Bar around 30 seconds after, it then preceded to crash my pc and upon my pc rebooting, rendered both the Xbox app and Game Bar unusable.

I've restarted the apps and my pc multiple times, I've repaired and reset the apps multiple times, I've run the Gaming Services Repair Tool three times. I've uninstalled with Powershell multiple times, reinstalled with Powershell a couple times, and I've read multiple other "fixes" that failed. I've only not done a handful of things so far, like reinstalling windows or deleting the old Microsoft Game Input Service app/file, which it seems I have three of (all the dates are different on the two GameinputSvc files and the installed Microsoft Game Input app). At first the Game Bar and the Xbox Insider app weren't working either, but since then it has started working again. The Game Bar app still crashes every time I try to join or start a party, but it does open and work "normally" for the most part besides that. The Xbox app itself does not start. It opens the black screen with the Xbox logo for about a second and a half and then crashes with the "XboxPcApp.exe" error showing up in the Event Viewer after.

I have two app errors and a Game Input Service error.
