How do you find out what your parent account

i set my account wrong and i forgot my parents mail address

Hello Super,

Thanks for coming to the forums. On an Xbox you can go to the settings>Account>family settings>manage family and can get the gamer tag. Unfortunately, doesn't show the email. With the gamer tag you can request a call from support. If you are able to verify
your account or the parent account, they can give you information on the account.

When you go to Contact Us, follow these steps to request a call from support:

Step 1 ----click on Contact us
Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

I would suggest contacting your parents and asking them for their emails if you were previously under a family account with them. They can make your account an adult account that way it is yours and yours alone.

I have a problem, when I go to accept the terms and conditions online, it directs me to a page that says have your parent sign in. I do not know what parent email is listed, and when I researched what to do, I was directed to go to the settings panel and
account management tab on my xbox account. The only problem is I can't do this because my xbox live just ran out, so how do I find out what my parent email is?

I am also having this same issue. To my knowledge there is no parent account associated with my Live account. I've never seen anything about it before the Fall Update. How do I find out what the parent account is?

I have the EXACT same problem as Todison, and I really feel as he does. I can't modify anything or see what my parents account is because I need to accept this:

"You must accept terms and conditions but to do so you must be logged into your parental account which you are trying to find out the info for anyways but need that info your looking for to find that info."

But I can't because it ask for my parents account, and I forgot it.

How do I call that number or which number do I call if I live in Mexico?
