    How do you file a complaint?


    I wish to file a serious complaint with Microsoft regarding various billing issues. Their support has been nothing but rude and unhelpful. Does anyone know how to contact a manager or executive so they can be made aware of their terrible service?

    How do you file a complaint?

    That sucks. Thanks though. I guess I'll just see if I can't call in and hopefully I get a different shift. I won't get into it here, but it was the worst customer experience I've ever had. What's sad is it wouldn't be a big deal if I felt like I could be
    heard.

    Oh well, I have my marching orders.

    How do you file a complaint?

    Aside from asking to speak to a supervisor when you call, there's not a direct complaint line.

    How do you file a complaint?

    Billing issues are dealt with over the phone. 1-800- 4MY- XBOX.

    No reason to bring issues here.

    You should be able to go to the recent players met screen on the dashboard and then find the player you want to report. Click on their profile and submit player review/complaint.
