    How do you download 360 games on you're Xbox one


    I'm trying to download Dungeon Siege III on the Xbox one but its not giving me a download button, it says "Bundle Only". The games for Gold link on the Xbox one only shows the Xbox one offerings, not the 360 offerings. Any idea whats going on? How to
    get past this?

    May you further clarify what you're trying to do?

    Are you trying to download your Xbox profile? Or, are you having trouble trying to download digitally-purchased Xbox 360 games to your Xbox One?

    360 games are showing for me here
    www.xbox.com/.../games-with-gold     although DS III isn't available to download yet,just think the site hasn't been updated so try again a bit later

    I guess they haven't updated the site yet because I was able to find it via the online store and pick it up from there. It said "Free" in the store.

    Because as per major Nelson and news.xbox.com you can buy games for the 360 from xbox one

    You need to buy it on the 360 webstore

    Or a 360 console if you never bought a free game from a 360 you need to login and make a purchase from a 360 once and won't be an issue again

    How do you download 360 games on you're Xbox one

    Once DS III was released via games for gold, I was able to get it by going to the store via my PC and purchasing it there. It asked me to verify my credit card but it said "Free" on the purchase.

    I would love for it to be listed on the store in the same manor that the Xbox one offerings are.

    It would be a great idea to post a suggestion at feedback.xbox.com asking for the 360 store gold offerings to appear somehow in the one store for easy access. Who knows, maybe that idea just might make the next update?!

    Go to the xbox.com site, finf "Games with gold" and get it there. I got rid of my 360 long ago but was able to get both free 360 games on my pc through this process. Log in with your email that you used to create your profile, and it will put it on your
    Xbox one.

    Are you on an Xbox One or the 360? If you're on the 360 then go to Settings>Account>Download History to find the game and start the download. If you are on an Xbox One then the 360 version of the game is not backwards compatible and will not show on the
    console.

    That i now not you can continue downloading or adding to you're account i even use the mobile app to add the game for my Xbox one and do the Xbox 360 on the unit. but if you have doubt you can check you're account and check you're game list

    To clarify, does it show as you as signed into Xbox Live on the Xbox 360 side of things? If you're having trouble with that, can you please try re-downloading your profile by pulling up the Xbox 360 guide with

    these steps    . Once you have the guide open try downloading your profile again to see if that helps.

    Hi Andrew,

    I'm sorry to hear this is happening. We'll be glad to assist you further with this, I do have a question I would like to clarify. Since you're attempting to play this game on the Xbox One and it's asking you to sign in to your 360 profile, do you attempt
    to download a complete different profile from the one you're signed in to the Xbox one? Reason I ask this is a common thing that happens when It prompts to have you download the profile on what appears to be the '360 dashboard' on the Xbox one you just need
    to re-download the profile you have/ are signed in on the Xbox One.

    Now, if you're trying to sign in and it is the same account for Xbox one and the 360 and it's prompting you this error code then this troubleshooting article may help further

    "Error 801540A9 occurs when you start a game on Xbox one'
