How do you dispute an Xbox Live enforcement action (suspension)?

Microsoft enforcement team is ridiculous.. They allow people to harass during games, team kill and all sorts of poor sportsman like conduct. Then if you retaliate in any way, they ban you AND NOT THE PERPETRATOR. It's a joke. No wonder so many people
are leaving Xbox for PlayStation. I have a family of 5 and I'm seriously considering moving. If Microsoft doesn't improve this process, they will definitely loose my business.

Does anyone know how to official dispute a suspension?

Communication Ban

Customer support are nothing to do with xbox live enforcement so they can't help you.

The reason you can't dispute a 24 hour suspension is because by the time the review has been investigated the suspension will be over.

There's nothing you can do other than wait out the suspension & make sure you don't do whatever you did again.To many suspensions will result in a perma ban.

The enforcement team do not use the forums. A case review is the only method to dispute an enforcement action.

But there is little point since you already admitted to violating the terms of use

And common you learned this in school

It doesn't matter who starts the fight if you break the rules you also are punished

Also you don't know if they got suspended or what type of suspension as you are never given the results you shouldn't be watching someone who is harassing you because that is harassment aka stalking

This has no bearing on your suspension as it's Your actions that resulted in the suspension

How do you know if it wasn't another incidents

They do not tell you which incident or who reported you

Also it's rarely instant

 

FFyi using another account to circumvent a suspension is not allowed and is a violation of the terms of use
