How do you delete corrupt data from the Cloud?

How do you delete data from the Cloud storage? I have a digital copy of dark souls, which has worked well without any issues until corrupt data was saved to my Cloud, which I am unsure as to why the data became corrupt as I always
quit the game properly. Since, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, I have deleted all my internal data for the game but it no longer lets me play and the game will not allow me to save over the corrupt data or fix it or anything! It is very frustrating.
The only storage device the game allows me to use is the Cloud which brings me to believe that is where the issue needs to be fixed. Will someone please help me with this?

Launching problem

Before reinstalling please try and delete the saved data of the game from your console. Corrupt Saved data can cause the problem. Your saved data will sync from the cloud when you open the game again

Hi, here's how to delete Cloud saved data;

On Home, select My games and apps.

Highlight the game, press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game.

In the menu on the left of the screen, scroll down to Saved Data, then highlight the saved data for your gamertag on the right and press the A button on your controller.

You'll be prompted to confirm deletion of this game save data:

Select Delete everywhere as this removes your saved data from this console, the cloud, and all other consoles you play on.

I chatted with the support team for awhile and the only option we could come up with is adding a new profile to the console and play the game through game sharing. It is inconvenient because I will have to create a new email but they politely said I was
out of luck.

When you deleted the save data did you also delete it from the cloud save storage?

If the save data is corrupt, it will need to be deleted from the cloud as well or else the corrupted data will be uploaded back.

sorry, but I have another question because it says that the data on the game is corrupted and instead of deleting the data from the cloud I deleted it from my Xbox so I was wondering how I could delete from the cloud as well

First with the Xbox Ones you do not need an active gold subscription for it to backup to the cloud this is automatic on the Ones.

This was only a requirement for the 360s.

Second what you should try is to delete your local save data (this is normally what is corrupt) you can do this by following the directions on the following link.

Here is a direct copy of what it says under the question of "How do I delete saves I don't want"

You can manage your data for individual games through My games & apps on your Home screen. Here's how:

On Home, select My games & apps.
Highlight the game, press the Menu button
 on your controller, and then select
Manage game & add-ons.
In the menu on the left side of the screen, scroll down to
Saved data, then highlight the saved data for your gamertag on the right and press the
A button  on your controller.
You'll be prompted to confirm deletion of this game save data:
- Delete from console removes the local copy of this save. You can get it from the cloud the next time you play.
- Delete everywhere removes your saved data from this console, the cloud, and all other consoles you play on.
- Cancel leaves your data intact.

If you click on delete from console this will delete the corrupt data then when you load back up the game it should download the good data from the cloud that is not corrupted.

That link will also give you the same answers that I have already given you about not needing a xbox live gold subscription in order to upload your game saves/data to the cloud.
