How do you contact Microsoft service department?

How do you talk/email sevice department ?

I’ve tried numerous time. all i get are bots sending me in circles & a my phone number comes up are ‘unknown’ ?????

UPS say they delivered to Microsoft service department a week ago yet there is NO acknowledgment on my account of receipt of the item. I would like to know why. Thanks

Xbox support DOES not help.

there is not one option to email/ message an agent.

I would recommend being slightly more persistent with the bots. It should escalate to a physical agent during official support hours.

However, with regards to hardware service, it's my experience that service takes +/- 3 weeks. So I'd recommend giving it some time. Also, you can follow up your devices and the service status by looking at the details at https://account.microsoft.com/devices/
