No answer was helpful. I'll change it to i'm with stupid. Malicous reporting by groups of friends is against t&c's too. Which is what happened the 1st time and would assume same this time..

It is sad to say but your gamertag can be enforced multiple times even if you were approved in the case review. Their policies aren't likely to change. It is not the staff's fault either, they are just doing their jobs how they were trained to do. I recommend
letting it go as dwelling on this won't be constructive.

Unfortunately the enforcement team can not be reached out directly. I would imagine someone was offended by your username and reported it as you tried to go around the [mod removed] part by putting a letter.

The enforcement team have a policy to follow and if you break the rules they have to enforce action upon you.

All decisions made by the enforcement team are final in the exception of a case review.

Unfortunately even your gamertag has to adhere to the rules and terms of service for Xbox to ensure a safe environment for all gamers, the last segment of your gamertag can be taken in poor taste and you've most likely been reported
by other gamers who found it offensive.

It may also take longer to review due to any steps put in to protect staff during the covid pandemic.
