    Dear MicroSoft,

    We are having the same problem in Hungary as well.

    Kindly let me know how do you compensate the users who faces with it since there is no solution from your side.

    Nothing solves the error 0x80a40010 on Xbox one. We have tried to unplug, to restart, to disconnect and then reconnect to wi-fi, to change pw etc., everything but all was in vain.

    Thus I am looking forward to having your reply with the solution, urgently.

    The Microsoft Services Agreement does not include any language regarding potential compensation for outages. Such things do happen, but are not necessarily reason for compensation.

    If you have not already done so, you can try deleting your account, power-cycling your console, and restarting your console to re-add your account back to it. Be sure you know the Microsoft account address and password before deleting, and keep in mind also
    that the service alert may keep you from adding it back until it is resolved.

    I have tried all of the recommended changes, eg deleting account then resetting etc.- 3 times to date. I can fully understand that Microsoft are working on the problem, but there is nothing at all on the link you provide, and I have checked this umpteen
    times today. Yes the red banner is there but when you click on it every thing is ticked green to suggest everything up and running. The problem is obviously widespread, but not everyone is affected. Its half term microsoft, there are a lot of frustrated
    kids ( kids and parents)just wanting info!

    im not looking for compensation, just information and some kind of timescale.

    that we are experiencing an outage. With that being said on that same website you're able to request a notification once the service alert is over. When outages or service alerts do occur we do our best to make sure to solve the issue for
    our users. Unfortunately outages do occur from time to time and as stated in our

    we strive to keep them up and running. I do understand how frustrating this issue can be and we ask that you bare with us as we get things back to their normal functionality. I hope this information was helpful in answering
