How do you claim the bundle that comes with the Xbox?

If you’re getting a message that your code has already been redeemed, make sure that you didn’t already redeemed the code yourself, under a different Microsoft account. Please check your other Microsoft account by signing in at https://account.microsoft.com/ Select the 'Payment & billing' tab, then check your Order History.

If you live in a household where others have access to your code, check that it wasn’t redeemed by someone else.

Note: After a code has been redeemed to a Microsoft account, the content can’t be transferred to the correct account.

4. Select the bundle and click on "Claim".

5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble claiming your bundled items.

To clarify, do you see "Claimed - Included with this device" next to the item's picture at Settings > Account > Included with this Xbox Console?

The reason why I'm asking is that bundled items can only be claimed once, and most users claim them during the initial console setup process. I'm referring to when you turn a console on for the first time and it asks for updates as well as your account information.

It's worth mentioning that the "Claim for different account" button is just instructions on how you would need to go about claiming these items for a different account after the setup process. This button continues to appear even after the items have been claimed.
