How do you chat with a Human Being

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

I tried to check the error however, there is no article related on the Xbox Support site no worries as I will be helping you still.

Aside from the error code, is there an error message?

Also, please try performing a powercycle on your console by following the steps below:

"POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​"

Do you know how I can request a call back? I've tried everything possible to reach a human being - all I have been able to do is chat and they are unable to help or escalate to anyone.

Solution 2: Report a Bug

Suppose the above FAQ did not resolve your issue. Then I would highly suggest filing a bug with Minecraft support, and they can further assist you in resolving this problem. Minecraft support is who you want to work with for any issues with accounts.

Yes you were talking to a human being that was just trying to do his job and proceed with the troubleshooting steps before reaching conclusions. I suggest you to be more collaborative in the future when you reach the chat support.

You can request a call back or chat with support at. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us. If you don't see those options, change the category/topic until you do.
