    On the Minecraft server The Hive I can't see when anyone else types in the chat so I learned I need to go change something in my privacy settings. The problem is that whenever I log into my account on xbox.com it always sends me to the support page. Whenever
    I click the Xbox settings or Xbox profile it always sends me back to the support page so I can't change the settings on my account. I try to look through the answers on the support page but it says I need to log into an Xbox one but I don't have one so I'm
    trying to figure out how to change my settings without using an Xbox.

    Fastest way to get there would be to sign in with your account at
    Xbox.com    , then click your profile icon in the top right of the page. From the dropdown click the three dots and then Xbox Settings. That will take you to a page that has your Privacy & Online Safety Settings.

    I am hoping you can help me...i am a mother of a young x box one gamer. His mic and chat mixer have issues. I bought a new headset today and watched you tube video with told me to delete his profile. I cant get his previous profile and all his fortnite
