How do you buy "bundle only" games?

I'm trying to buy Toy Soldiers and Toy Soldier Cold War on my One console. In the store it says bundle only, but when you click on that it says "we didn't find anything". How exactly am I supposed to buy it then? Every thing else available is like skin packs.
Very frustrating.

[/quote]You apparently didn't read the article, or bother to check Amazon yourself... The PS4 launch edition is sold out on Amazon (all bundles). Also, could you please supply the variable so I can do the math? How many XBones were pre sold through Amazon
and Best Buy? How many PS4s?

I dont think you can buy them brand new by themselves from a place like GS. I do believe they are only sold in bundles brand new

 

Yeah, this can be a bit of an odd one on the store.

They exclude you from bonus content to try and pressure you into buying the full "Deluxe Edition" of titles.

This can often make purchasing the title itself like finding a needle in a haystack.

It's a bit of a shell game. Keep navigating to different sections of the Marketplace until you accidentally find the right one.

You can usually find it if you select something that is "Bundle Only" and then look to the right hand side of the bundle item to see what it is "compatible with". Usually one of these will link you to the actual item.

Hope that helps... though with the current layout... it may not.

 

Thanks AZ for the tips however I want to point out that I have tried that. I clicked on each item of dlc. It said it was compatible with Toy Soldiers. When I clicked on T'S from there it again said nothing was found. It's like I'm stuck in a loop.

Someone please have a look at that game and see if they can find it?

 

I just clicked on it and it gave me the option to buy it straightaway for £24.99 have you tried buying it from the website?

 

I did try the website and the second game was available but not the first. Maybe it was a glitch on the console? I just want to see if it works on the console.

 

Think Boozy is getting confused with the xbox one Toy Soldiers game.

Toy soldiers & Cold War are 360 games.I can't check for you as I already own them

If they are BC 360 games you can only get them from this site. And you need to have a Credit Card registered with MS. I had to do that for Dirt 3, however you can then remove your CC but still be able to download BC 360 games in the future. But as I said
only from this site.

 

If true it doesn't make sense because it'll let me buy the costume packs and dlc missions just not the full game. It can't be accurate.

 

RustyBucket21 is correct. As of right now, you can't buy Xbox 360 BC games from your Xbox One, only from the website or your Xbox 360. Hopefully they will enable purchasing BC games on the One soon. In the meantime, in order to buy free Xbox 360 items
from the website they require a method of payment. Having money on your account from currency(gift) cards isn't sufficient. Oddly enough, you can however buy free Xbox One items from xbox.com without a method of payment on file.

I just use the website for all my game purchases on One if I'm going digital. There are so many versions you can see on the console or SmartGlass yet like 2/3 of them are "bundle only" and leave you searching for the one version that does have a purchase
option.
