    Been round the houses with this one. I go through the longwinded online support system to request a callback, only to be told system issues are preventing this. I then call the number directly to be told visit the non functioning website and then it hangs up.

    Ridiculous system and service. I cannot even raise a complaint because it is the same number and same response.

    had the same over the last week trying to get a refund on a charge on my son's account, it would be nice to be able to talk to someone directly instead of wasting my Saturday morning going round in circles.

    I have an Xbox Elite controller. It was faulty (thumbstick drift). Sent it back (to Germany). Replacement (not new) sent back. Shoulder button broken on it. The serial number on the replacement says it's out of warranty (had it less than a year).
    Can't find a single option on the contact page to get to actually speak to someone for help. Any suggestions greatly appreciated, because I've spent so long trying to figure this out, I'm starting to go MAD!

    The only way to get a call from Xbox Support is through the chat system, I found this phone number but it is only for Xbox USA: 1-800-469-9269 but they're only available during normal business hours, I understand that you are in Europe?

    If you are charged multiple times for a digital game, You will need to request a refund for all of the charges here: Request a refund. Once you apply for the refund, you’ll receive a confirmation email and should get a response from the Support team within 72 hours. If you don't hear back from the Support team within 72 hours, check our home page for notifications regarding delays in refund processing.

    • To track the status of your refund request, check your order history.
    • If you have a question once your request is processed, reply to the decision email.
    However, if you wish to contact our live agents, You can request a call back or live chat on the Xbox support website. If you are facing any issues with that, please go through Microsoft support. Once you get to the virtual agent just say “Talk to an agent” and select Xbox as the product, and your issue from the list. Select the option “Call me back” or “Live chat”, which shows the estimated wait time/queue. If you don't see the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do. If it does not work, please select billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge".
