How do you Actually Report a Player Through Xbox.com on the PC?

How do you actually report an Xbox player on PC?

I'm not one to usually do this, usually I'd just ignore, mute, block, or vote kick someone if need be when gaming. However, I recently was put into a match with someone on Halo: Reach who kept team killing me and the rest of my team. Eventually I was able
to boot him because he had killed me so many times but it was really annoying for everyone in-game.

I haven't played on an Xbox in a long time (I just play on PC nowadays) so when I saw there was no option in-game to vote kick or report, I figured I would just try to do it through his Xbox account after the match. After finding his Xbox account and hitting
report it just takes me to the "How to Summit a Report" page, which is extremely unhelpful. I'm stuck it a loop. Go to report a player > get taken to how to report page > go back to the players page to make a report > get taken to the how to report page. It
says something about using an Xbox app for Win10 but I'm on Win7.

Is there really now way to submit a report through the website itself? What, if anything, can I do about this? I've blocked the player so hopefully I won't get paired with him in the future but I would love to know how to actually report someone through
Xbox.com on a PC. Maybe I'm being silly, but it doesn't seem as though there is a way to do this. Here's some picture of what I'm talking about.

...and get taken to this Help page.





At no point am I given the ability to select the reason for my report (Unsporting Behavior), give evidence, or submit it for review.
