How do you actually get help from a person for Xbox???

Have an Xbox One X that was purchased May 2019 so still have 2.5 months left on the warranty. The Xbox will turn on but get a startup error message and after having exhausted all tips and fixes tried to go on Microsoft website for warranty. Enter my
serial number and am presented with a message that the states my Xbox is out of warranty!!! I have an invoice with the purchase date so there is no way it should be out of warranty. Hunt down the contact us option and a popup asks me a few questions which
it then determines aren't good enough to get to actually talk to anyone for help on this issue. It won't let me do live chat or give me a phone number because it says support isn't available for me. I am sorry but when I spend $400 for a gaming console
that doesn't even last I year, I feel I have the right to actually know why my warranty was cut short and deserve the courtesy of being able to find this information out. Has anyone else experienced this?

I did that, as I stated above it says that my Xbox is out of warranty however I purchased it May 2nd 2019, not even a year ago and have an invoice to prove this. But as the system states that it is out of warranty (even though it hasn't been a year since
purchase) I am unable to request repair without $250. The warranty issue is why I need to actually speak to someone. But the contact us questionnaire won't allow me to, states that help isn't available for me.

Have you tried calling 1-800-4myxbox (1-800-469-9269)? They might know a little more or might be able to help diagnose the issue.

i would call Microsoft customer service to ask them what you need to do

What is the startup error message?

Just a screen with options to restart xbox, factory reset xbox, and offline update. We did all three to no avail. at the bottom of the screen it said startup error with error code was E200 followed by eight zeros 74 then eight more zeros. Tried everything
that could be found online for a couple of hours and nothing worked. Was finally able to get to live chat with someone after doing the billing selection as suggested above and the great tech that helped me was able to get the warranty problem solved in just
a few hours so I am sending it in for warranty repair.
