How do you access downloaded games on a new console?

Hey guys,

I recently had to buy a new Xbox One console after having problems with my old one. I'm struggling to find how I can access games I have previously purchased digitally on my new console.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is the only account I've ever had so it definitely wasn't purchased under a different one, that's why I can't work out why it isn't showing up anywhere

Purchases are always tied to the account that purchased them. If they don't show on your account, then that usually means they were purchased under a different account. If that's the case, you would need the other account or repurchase the games on your own account.

I am, yeah.

But for some reason there is no records of my purchases in my order history on my account.

Is it possible for the purchase to be linked to the console rather than my account? And if so, is there any way of retrieving my past purchases?
