    How do we hold Microsoft accountable for a bad product, and horrible customer service?


    I've been a fan of Xbox since the beginning. I have gamed with an Xbox since the 1st day that the Original Xbox was released. I own 4 originals, and Xbox 360 (that still works) an Xbox one, and recently ordered a Series X directly from Microsoft.

    Today my Series X arrived, I hooked it up, it attempted to auto update, and is now stuck in an E100 error loop. I tried all of the different methods to resolve this issue to no avail.

    I called up Xbox support they asked all the pertinent questions, then had me contact a different department. Support had me try and go thru the same methods I had already tried, still stuck in a update loop, E 100 error is stuck.

    The only solution they offer is to have me ship back just the console, after they recieve it I'll get a replacement in 8-10 days? I am fuming.

    Who or what entity can I contact to have them held accountable for dismal support, and a faulty from factory unit?

    Same problem here! On Series S and X! 2 months now and nothing changes. Hello Microsoft fix this NOW and BTW. how about you add "Do not disturb" as a status again. Horrible customer support. Horrible products. Microsoft Xbox is not what it used to be
