How do we find out what we were banned for on Xbox account?

Choose an enforcement action to review more info about the cause and effect of the enforcement in the pop-up window.

If the enforcement action qualifies for case review, you can select Submit an appeal to receive more info from Xbox Safety.

After you’ve completed the form, select Submit.

So were We. (my son and I) We received the message that we were banned for 24 hrs as well, our gamertag is seekingnative. If you find out how to find out why please let us know thanks.

All the reasons you would be banned from Advanced Warfare can be found: support.activision.com/.../Call-of-Duty-Advanced-Warfare-Security-Enforcement-Policy

Since it's only for 24 hours and that's the newest one for AW, it's probably because you attempted to reverse boost. Which is now worthy of a ban. And about the only ban activision has that's 24 hours.

Seems like there was a previous cod that banned players 24hr for quitting games, I could be wrong....

If you are only banned from AW then you need to contact Sledgehammer or Activision.
