How do we contact a person at microsoft for failed repair/service?

Hello,

We recently had our Xbox Series X serviced for an 'In Warranty' repair. The problem was a power issue where the Xbox would turn off after 30 seconds while not displaying anything.

Once we had the Xbox back after the repair all seemed well untill we started noticing multiple games crashing to the dashboard plus audio cutting out in games. We tried another hard reset/system restore and unistalled the games/reinstalled them but this did not resolve the issue.

Now that the Xbox has been serviced/repaired, the warranty is now gone and we cannot get through to Xbox support to speak to someone because the call back functionality does not work. Tried multiple times over multiple days. The call back system just says 'we cannot process your request at this time please try again later'.

We don't really know what else we can do to get in contact with Xbox. What should we do?

Hi there, yes i have tried mozilla firefox, google chrome and microsoft edge and tried different phone numbers. I have also tried a different computer and on a phone to try for a call back but it says that 'it is unable to process my request at this time' or 'something went wrong please try again later'

In case of receiving a damaged serviced product or one that’s not working, you should do exactly that and contact support.

Unfortunately, refunds can only be issued if you meet certain criteria. For example, if you've purchased a game, you must make the request within 14 days and have not accumulated a significant amount of playtime. It seems you've already followed the refund procedure, but I'll still provide you with the link to the support page for refunds.

Unfortunately, the request is automated, and Microsoft is not responsible for unauthorized card usage. I understand your position as a mom because I also have children, but in this case, unless the refund falls within the parameters outlined on the support page, Microsoft cannot intervene.
