How do updates like the cloud gaming one work?

They released an app update which worked for a day… now myself and my 2 sons are back to square one; how to play a physical disc game via cloud.

And is the £11 a month EACH worth it at the moment??

If cloud saves were deleted, im not sure theres anything to recover. Cant imagine if this would work, but deleting and reinstalling the game might reset the account back to a cloud save but since everything cloud saved is constantly updated...might be
stuck at the moment. How was the cloud data deleted?

Hey, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR REPLYING! No, I did not move the XBOX. I have fixed the issue. What was interfering was the Cloud Saves Games, so I disabled that. It would not let me update the game, however it actually downloaded the update. So, what I did,
was that I re - enabled cloud saves and moved the update to the cloud saves. It updated the game, (THANK GOD) and after that I disabled the cloud saves again. My hard drive has a lot of space on it, so I do not know why, or how, cloud saves were interfering.
Anyways, I worked out that it was cloud saves with an equation: W + X - Y * Z / L = 0FA440484 which IS THE CODE OF CLOUD SAVES. I am serious. I AM EPIC!!! Dude, thanks a lot for replying.

Well with the 360 the cloud works the way I told you.

Ones you saved a game on it, it loads it up after you went back in the game to load that file.

How do you wanna re-enable the cloud?

Do you disable cloud first?

When I try that I get the message that I need to delete or move my files first.

Do you do that with 2 storage devices?

Cloud works by reserving 514MB of your HDD to act as a cache for your Cloud saves when in use.

When you select Cloud, when you go into a game where you have a save on Cloud, it makes a copy to your HDD which is what your game will save to as you play. when you go back to the dashboard the cache will then update and overwrite the save game in Cloud.
This repeats each time you use it

so its very important that if you use cloud for your save games, do not power off the console whilst in the game or Cloud may not update correctly. The console will still do an update after powering down, you may have seen the power light LED flash on and
off as it does this, but always just go back to the dashboard, give it a minute to do its background update, then power down
