what happens if i already purchased a game from the rewards list, do i get credit for already having that game?

the game in question is The Witcher 3< puchased through xbox live store digital copy.

In order to receive credits, the purchases have to be made during the offer period. Anything purchased before is not eligible.

September 1, 2017 00:00 UTC and September 30, 2017 23:59 UTC. Please visit http://www.worldtimeserver.com or another world time database to determine local time.

Since you did not make this purchase within the offer period, it is not eligible for that offer.

Make sure you have actually signed up to the rewards scheme, the sky reward offer was made when the rewards scheme went live, if you already signed up to use Sky player before that time or werent a Gold member status then you dont get the points now...you
have to be a new skyplayer user to get the points. if you have any issues you can email the rewards team using the contact details on the Rewards page
