How do reach suppot?

After 3.5 hours today I still cannot reach any one at Microsoft to talk about my account. Phone call sends you to live chat was on there for two hours straight no response .I had to actually go to my bank as well to cancel my credit card due to lack of
response. I desperately need to discuss my account.

Contact Xbox Support

Step 1: Select Xbox One

Step 2: Select See other options and then select
See my purchase history under Account management

Step 3: Select Show contact options

Step 4: Select either Chat with Xbox Support or
Request a call from Support

Definitely sounds like an issue with the hardware that needs further troubleshooting, I would recommend reaching out to MS Tech Support again to setup a follow up suppot ticket.
