How do people have two names?

Sometimes I see players that have one name in the party, and another name in game. How is this possible and how do I do it?

All it is, that they have changed their gamertag, and their old gamertag is still showing.

Both people would have to be using your Home console. You can only set 1 console as your Home at a time (which should be your own)

Sorry, two additional thoughts though:

-Since when is speaking to a group and saying "some people" while not naming names considered "calling someone out"?

-If it's rude to comment on bad behavior, how is it not rude to tell someone they're rude for doing it?

i almost have that problem but i have two acounts under one name how do i switch between them

Its two issues

People see the free change and dont like the hashtags on their commonly wanted name

Though they dont fully understand how the system works

Context is key when searching for names you have to be exact just because the system doesnt find your exact context doesnt mean it doesnt exist when the system says so

So they believe they dont deserve a hashtag

Two some people dont want similar names with hashtags

Except the old em didnt make it matter anywyaa people can be more creative in their names with lets say 1 etc or ng0cph1

Which makes your name ownership irrevalvent anywyas
