How do people get so many followers?

I made many reports against these cheaters but who had been the console banned was me, and frankly I am sick to think and read the terms of conduct and still can not reach any reason to have a banned console. As you can see by my gamerscore I dedicate myself
in all the games that i play and would never do anything bad when i know it will cause me problems and might lose what I worked so hard.

1-Microsoft isn't responsible for each games servers. Those are hosted on the Game Developers end. In your specific cases you would need to contact Infinity Ward and Treyarch in regards to them fixing their games.



2-When you get these messages, file a complaint
against them. Anyone who hosts, advertises and/or participates in modified lobbies is subject to a permanent account ban from XBL.



3-If you violate the Terms of Service or Code of Conduct you will be caught and punished. It may not be today or tomorrow but you they will catch up to you.

There is a huge difference between being joined into a modified lobby then backing out when you realize it is hinkey versus staying in that lobby and participating. The latter action is the one that will get enforcement action
taken against you.



It is not MS's system that is allowing these mods/cheats, you don't even need to have a modified console to play/use/activate most of these mods/cheats, it is the GAME DEVELOPER that is allowing them to be used in their game(s).
Their (GD) refusal to fix the issue should be enough incentive for anyone to not buy any more of that GD products in the future and to stop using the ones they have now.



And yes, anyone who participates in a modified lobby, wether by accident or choice, should have enforcement action taken against them. Common Sense should tell anyone that if things are not normal then you should not stay. If
you do, then you accept full responsibility for any consequences that may come from doing so.

If people download content from marketplace illegally they lose money, but if people hack in cod4 / cod waw they dont lose anything (compared to mw2 / bops its a dead game). Anyway, its kinda ridiculous that lots of people have modded consoles and most of
them never got banned, and people who never did anything wrong getting banned...

what doesnt make sense to me is that if i participated in any lobby with modders its only because i was sent into those lobbies by yours truly how can you help to stay away from cheaters when you put me right next to them.....is it fair that yours truly
puts me into a lobby of randoms then bans me for violations i never committed and those who are the offenders still continue to have a console?? i wouldnt know where to begin to cheat or mod let alone how to use it and would do worse in the game...i too have
work hard for my scores and it seems that this "foolproof" system is full of flaws. i have a scratched disc that is my only crime and now banned completely with no chance to figure out why or to explain that microsofts system maybe have flaws.
