How do know if inn permanently banned? If so can I reverse it?

I was banned for I think the third time and I can play online in games but I still am restricted from Xbox live party's and communications for past behavior. It's been more than a month and I can't communicate on any account on this Xbox. Does this mean
I am permanently banned? And can I maybe fix that?

How do I know if an Xbox is modified

yes you can get banned for breaking the terms of use for opening it but i dont think there is a way they will know its been opened unless you hacked the console and my friend fixed the rrod and he is still using his xbox online today

How do I know if I am fully updated?

Please see below on how to check you console for updates. Also, try doing a hard reset to see if this resolves your Xbox not reading discs. To do this with your console on, hold the power button down for 10 seconds until it quickly shuts off. Then power
the console back on (expect a slower boot time).

Scroll left from Home to open the guide.

Select Settings.

Select All Settings.

Under System, select Console info & updates.

Available updates will show in the second button down in the first column.

If an update is available, the button will read Update Available. If your console is already on the current release build, the button will be grayed out and will read No update available.

If your suspension is up and you still cannot communicate try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, and then re-adding
the account.

You were banned for violating the Code of Conduct. Repeated violations of the Code of Conduct can lead to a permanent ban. There is no "set number" of how many suspensions you get until it becomes permanent.

Please note that the XBLPET do not browse the forums to address user grievances with bans/suspensions, and absolutely nobody here on the forums is able to help reverse your ban.

I believe my account was permanently banned. When I go to enforcement on the desktop site it says 2 weeks. But when I try to login to my account on my console it gives me the permanently banned message and won't even let me sign in offline. So I'm thinking my two week ban was a trigger for the permanent ban as it was a repeated offense. My question now is can I reverse a permanent ban or no? Do I lose all of my games?

unfortunately if there is a console ban, this is permanent and can not be reversed.

You can appeal on https://enforcement.xbox.com, but permanent bans are not typically reversible.
