    How do iappeal a permanent suspension of Xbox live


    My son was issued a permanent suspension from using Xbox live on Xbox one he can't get on Netflix or anything. We don't know what he did exactly something about doing a video they removed the video but said that it contained something that was offensive
    in nature I guess. We can't find out what exactly it was and how to appeal it.

    There's typically no hard rule for how many bans result in a permanent ban. Typically it depends on how frequent, the type of suspensions, the severity of the activity, etc. However, permanent bans full bans, meaning your Xbox live account would no longer

    If anyone violates the Code of Conduct, report them. Impersonating Xbox Live staff is grounds for permanent suspension.

    Rep has nothing to do with suspensions. You can be completely green and still get a permanent ban. If everyone else you know is receiving multiple 24 hour suspensions, they're either lying about how long they are, or they'll start receiving longer suspensions as well and can even be permanently banned for receiving too many suspensions. It also doesn't matter if it's a direct message with a friend. If it's done on the Live service, it has to follow the rules.

    The length of a suspension is mainly based on the severity of the offence,not whether it is your first,second etc. offence.

    The usual suspension lengths are 24 hours,1 week & 2 weeks then permanent.

    There is no concrete number of how many suspensions you can have before you are permanently banned.

    Best advice is to read & learn the code of conduct so you know what not to do on xbox live so you don't get suspended.
