How do I get Xbox to stop sending me emails? Specifically things like Birthday Wishes. It feels insulting to get birthday wishes from Xbox Live with no discount or present based on personal tenure. Ive paid and supported xbox for over a decade and had an
original xbox account. I get cash in a envelope from relatives i never see. Yet the company I give thousands of dollars to gives me nothing but a birthday wish. Players like myself made xbox succesful.

 

Very simply Just un-subscribe at the bottom of the email.

It must be really annoying getting one email a year wishing you happy birthday.

 

Every thread with a different title generates a new email. How do I stop all emails with one click? Going to the bottom of each only mutes that particular thread. I don't want any emails period. I didn't even ask for this and I am getting 20 plus emails
daily. This is totally annoying and uncalled for. Provide a way to opt out of all emails with one click.

 

Click the setting tab on your homepage of this forum, its about half way down on the right hand side.

Then click on the email tab of the next page , and un-click the tick in each box that you want to cancel.

Be sure to save your setting on exiting.
