How do I watch my movies I’ve received from Xbox GamePass Perks

I recently redeeming a movie from xbox gamepass. But after redeeming it on my Xbox I don’t know how to watch the movie. There’s no further information when I go to Xbox gamepass and I’ve never gotten a movie through Microsoft’s store before

Code was entered but pack from code is not showing up.

I have the same problem. The perk told me to claim the pack before the 16 of may which I did and it is now the 25 of may and haven’t received anything. I’ve done the step by step of turning of my Xbox , taking the power cable out etc. Still nothing. What do I do now?

Happening to me too, I’ve watched these movies 100 times and now I have a narrator. My 360 is awesome I don’t wanna give it up. Maybe this is how they force you to upgrade?

It is now March 4th at 11:30 am and it’s still not available to watch it this is truely upsetting I’ve put so much money into my games and movies and all sorts of stuff and I really want to be able to watch this movie at home.
