    How do i view Xbox captures in the Xbox App?


    My friend sends game clips to me but for some reason the Xbox App will not load them and i cant view them. I used to be able to see them. Can anybody help?

    If it's working on mobile, it could be something with your PC. Try signing out and back into the Xbox app on PC. Also, check for app updates in the Microsoft Store. If clips still don’t load, clear the app cache by going to Settings > Apps > Xbox > Advanced options > Reset.

    I am on PC. I dont see any error messages, some clips load ok but alot of them dont. I have tried using the Xbox App on both PC and mobile.
