    How do I view and/or reopen cases!?!?


    So I having a problem finding my case I don't know where to go and the email doesn't take me to the case and it was closed because someone on the other side didn't read the problem I having right I guess so I need to get to the case to try and reopen it
    and try and get this taking care of thank you. The Case number is [mod removed] and the order number for the game was [mod
    removed] the other order was [mod removed]

    It depends on what the case is for as to who you would need to speak to. As this is a community based forum, we can't look into the case, but we can point you to the right point of contact.

    support cannot contact enforcement, and once you appeal a case, you have one chance and that's it, no cases can be reopened

    can you please show us a copy of the email that you received, removing any personally identifiable information like email addresses, account numbers etc.?

    The case review number is [mod removed] and here’s the copy paste:

    Hello Valued Xbox Customer,

    We still have not heard from you regarding your recent suspension, so at this time we will be closing out this ticket.

    If you wish to resume your Case Review, please submit a new ticket to Xbox Support by following these instructions:


    1. Go to this link: Contact us | Xbox Support
    2. Make sure you are logged into your Microsoft account
    3. Click on the green “Contact Us” button
    4. Under “What are you having trouble with?” choose “Family & online safety”
    5. Under “What’s the issue?” choose “I received a ban or suspension”
    6. When you have been connected to an agent, let them know that there is a ban on your account for which you have already submitted a Case Review for, but because the case did not receive a response after a while the case was closed out, and that at this time you are ready to resume that Case Review.
    7. From there, the agent will send your ticket to the Xbox Safety team where we’ll confirm the details of the case and resume your Case Review.
    For additional information about how to participate on Xbox Live in a safe and productive way, please visit the Microsoft Services Agreement (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/servicesagreement ), and the Community Standards for Xbox (https://www.xbox.com/en-US/legal/community-standards​)

    Thats just odd they would send you this considering support has absolutely nothing to do with bans/suspensions and cant do anything regarding them or the enforcement team.

    how do i view

    I'm not finding where you can view your "Blocked Players" as an option

    You can also block a player after receiving an offensive or inappropriate message. To block a player through the Message app:

    1. Double-tap the Xbox button on your controller to bring up the guide and navigate to
      Messages, or say "Xbox, go to messages."
    2. Select the message conversation from the player you wish to block.
    3. Select More.
    4. Select View profile card.
    5. Select Block.
    To unblock a player, follow the same steps and select Unblock.
