How do I verify that I own a game that my xbox one s literaly came with?

Hello, I have an xbox one s that came with forza horizon 4 in it. I didnt play on that account or even use my xbox for a good 6 months maybe more and now when I tried to play on that old account it said that I need to type in my email, which is what I did, after that I put the password in and it for some reason didnt let me in. So I said okay Ill just make a new account. Did that. And now I have lost access to Forza because microaoft is asking for me to verify that I own the game. How do I verify that I own a game that my xbox one s literaly came with?

Kostas, you should keep in mind that although your console included this game, the user or owner of the console can only redeem this game in one account at the time of configuring it, you cannot claim the game multiple times with each account you create and add to the console.

Any game or package purchased, redeemed or even received as a gift is associated with the account, never with a device "and without exception it is shown in the history", making this clear, you can only use this game only and exclusively from the account in which this game is shown as redeemed by going to the purchase history

Only that account owns that license, not any profile you add to your console.

Sadly no i made my own realm ans i have the same issue. Its on the xbox one s where the issue is. On my original xbox that ive had since they first came oht works. I cant help but feel its an issue with the xbox but i fail to see how i could fix that

Yes, there is a One S with a disc drive.

They would have to verify you own the disc by inserting the disc in the drive. Any games you on on disc would not just show that you own the game. Only digital purchases will.

I haven't been able to find an xbox One s with a disc drive, can you link in to me so I can find it?
