I am using a PDP Wired Controller designed for Series X, Xbox Onez and Windows 10/11.

I have not tried cloud gaming with this controller on a different device as I would have no way to connect the controller and device (it is not Bluetooth enabled).

I was checking the list of supported controllers for cloud gaming and noticed that, unfortunately, this Logic3 PDP Controller is not listed.

For that reason, I would like to ask if you can try using a different controller, like a regular Xbox Wireless Controller.

That way, you can determine if it's an incompatibility of the service with the controller or something else.

This is suggested because in the article I shared above, Microsoft states that “Other controllers may or may not work for cloud gaming.”
