    How do I use a keyboard to game on Siege?


    I’m trying to figure out how I can use a mouse and keyboard on my Xbox One, but the videos I’ve seen on YouTube show people having their Xbox connected to a PC monitor. I’m looking into a Keymander adaptor to use, but I would still have my Xbox connected
    to a TV and I want to know whether it will work or not before I get the cash together and by it.

    Hey jhmgrose,

    Upto the current day there isnt Mouse and Keyboard Controls available for Xbox One in games.

    You can plug nearly any wired Keyboard into the Console via USB to use it for Messages, but not in games. Mouse Support isnt currently a thing on the Console in all areas.

    Any use of uncertified 3rd party adapter that might exists to allow those features in game would be a break against the ToS / CoC.

    How Do I Use Keyboard & Mouse On Xbox One?

    I heard that there is keyboard and mouse support available for the Xbox One now, which means I'm more motivated to play Halo on it now that I have the potential to use better controls. I just need a few things cleared up, however.

    1. Does the Xbox One have an emulation software that binds keys to the equivalent on Xbox One controllers?
    2. Is this plug & play with any keyboard, or do I need licenced hardware I can buy from the Microsoft store or retailers?
    3. Is there mouse acceleration, or is it all raw mouse input?
    4. Is there input delay?

    Yes and all games support Keyboard and mouse unless the developers disable K&M for their game. For example, I been using my Keyboard and mouse on Rainbow Six Siege but I just can't use it for ranked. Btw, the keyboard looks nice.

    I do not think currently Rainbow Six Siege are compatible with keyboard and mouse on the Xbox One.

    Also An Adapter is considered cheating so I wouldn't use one.

    If you want to use a keyboard and mouse on Rainbow Six Siege, then you can either purchase the PC version of the game or contact Ubisoft and ask them to include mouse and keyboard support in the console versions.

    No you can not use keyboard and mouse on Xbox One Rainbow Six siege. I strongly advise you not to buy any adapter and play Keyboard and Mouse as it is considered as cheating.
