How do i upload a custom gamerpic on PC

Go to Profile & System, choose your profile, and then select My Profile. Select Customize Profile > Change Player Picture. Select Upload a custom image and choose the one you want to use from your connected device.

If your account is considered as adult already, you should be given an option to upload your desired gamerpic. For you to be able to do that, you really need to use an Xbox app. You can download it on your phone. Here's how

Thank you for replying. I now understand that it has to be done through the app. But that raises another question; what is the reasoning for Microsoft not allowing the gamerpic to be changed through a web browser?

I'm really sorry but they designed it that way though. Most likely, it was done to make sure that the quality of the image can be checked properly if it's done though the app.
