How do I update Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller on Windows

    How do I update Xbox Elite Series 2 Controller on Windows


    It is currently running firmware 4.7.1872.0, and I was hoping to bring its firmware up to the insiders version, but it's not showing up in the Xbox accessories app on Windows 10. I've opted in to "Windows Gaming" program in the Xbox Insider Hub and connected my pad with USB-C cable. Do I need to do anything else? Why is it not showing up?

    Xbox One Controller successfully connected to PC via bluetooth does not work with Windows apps.

    There was a new update released, can you try updating your Elite Series 2 controller again?

    I also have the Elite Series 2 controller and I do not run into these issues when using it with the PC.
